"I know your kind" This happened to my dear friend. Picked up my fiance's wedding Vail back up from Watkins cleaners in Vestavia. They did the stitching wrong and put a hole in it. When we told them what they did the owner refused to acknowledge that they were at fault. He kept shaking his head saying "We didn't do it." I told him that I would post our experience and he said, "Do whatever you need to. I know your kind".
