Had problems with constent noice that office never resolved, the bugs were bad the maintence of the pest control was not timely or seasonal. Trash and dog feces were everywhere on the ground. Lots of car break in's. The sprinkler system for the fire alarm went off on its own several times and nearly destroyed some of the bottom floor apartments. I was looking into moving into these apartments until I had a conversation with my sister and stated how management never would get back with her, fix appliances and she always complained about nosy neighbors. (My sister lives on the 2nd floor and works 3rd shift. Her neighbor under her bangs on the wall with a broom and write horror notes to my sister and leave them on the door.) Think twice like I am!
I arrived for my appointment at 11 am, made it in advance. The door was locked and one was there, and seems they had not been there all morning since the sign still said open at 10….very disappointing
Such an amazing team running this place. We really interact with the entire crew, very respectful and prompt solving any issues. Impecable common areas. Everyday, including weekends, there's always at least one of the team members, picking up the litter that some people would leave behind. Pool area is fantastic and family friendly. Plenty of parking. Nice feeling of being surrounded with nature yet, very well located. At least in my building, wonderful neighbors too. The units are great, very good insulation. I found these apartments and was super excited to move, my excitement quickly dissolved due to them simply not CARING, (I want to curse but I’ll keep it PG) I was dragged along all to be told no, I was first approved WITH conditions by Chris, telling me I’ll have to choose between two different deposits. Then two days later that yes, turned into you have to have a guarantor which was cool and they have to make 5xs the rent (1500) and they had to make atleast 7,000 monthly.. i honestly think they were trying to run me off!
