Bug infested. Poor maintenance. Rotating office staff. Trash cans spilling at the seams with trash. Loud neighbors. Drafty windows leading to high electric bills. Dirty carpets. Poor working AC units. Oh and watch out, you might get your bike stolen.
thanks God I got to leave here. is very safe and close to the city building. less crime.clean and. cheap. all the block have a swimming pool . I love it. I come home jump in pool and cool off best deal in downtown area
horrible maintenance. I was never late paying my rent and my husband would always put work orders in about our air conditioner and it never got fixed. so we did give a 30 day notice and we were actually gone in a day before rent was due.

Beautiful community!! Great office staff Jordan, Ariana, Mila answered all my questions and were very professional. Maintenance staff Carlos, Leonard, Kent are very knowledgeable.
