I have a kitchen ceiling leak that has compromised my health due to the mold coming into my apartment from the attic. After placing multiple work orders to have the issue fixed, all they did was fix my ceiling. Exactly one week after being fixed, it rained heavy on 06/18/2019, I come home at 5:30 pm from work to find water pouring into my kitchen from the light fixture where the ceiling was “fixed”. my house is flooding and the mold is bad if you want to live in trash then you should move in to waters edge
overall a good complex, the office staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a lot wrong with my apartment when I moved in but there maintenance was good about coming out next day to fix what was wrong. it's located close to downtown and the business district which very handy.
I would recommend Water's Edge. it has a good location by The Keeper of the Plains cross from the waterwalk and close to downtown. when I had one of their Apartments it was nice and quiet.
Okay so I have no idea what anyone is complaining about here. I live in a Studio with a military discount. I pay $385 for rent and could not be happier! the staff here are great and always enjoy talking to/seeing me. maybe it's the fact I have a shark costume and the staff love it. but like another tenant said, you cant expect Beverly Hills accommodations for $400-$500, let alone in Wichita! maybe it's just me and living poorly growing up has created a low standard for me but I love the complex, the staff, and the location s... read more
