I can't say enough bad stuff about these apartments.
Ghetto, neighbors are loud and frequently have police called on them, apartment security does NOT care, not worth $622 a month. My last place was cheaper, better, and not this negligent.
I was suppose to get a studio apartment the first of August but the day I moved in the apartment was dirty and it had roaches so we agreed that they would let me out of my lease and give me my money back I have been calling them since August and management NEVER called me back after leaving messages I finally got my money but it is December Now the angel they hired named Bria was super helpful and professional and I appreciate her ❤ so much I honestly believe nothing would have gotten done without her help
I had the absolute worst experience & I actually paid my rent on time. They advertise a hot but in reality it's broken and don't work. When I signed my lease in May and did the walk through... they never fixed anything until I moved into the Apartment in June. I had to go a week without AC because they never fixed it like I asked so I was burning up hott in 90 degrees whether... RecommendedThis is a horrible place to live. Been here 2 years and the laundry room has maybe 1 dryer that works. They won't fix them. Trashy people, roaches, bedbugs, management changes constantly.
I have lived here for awhile and I would not recommend this place to anyone the staff is lazy I've put in a work order 4 weeks ago for the stairwell lights to be fix in building 21 because it is pitch black and cant see anything and they still have not fixed it went down to the office 6 times to talk to the manager and she is never there that's not all the maintenance is lazy to they hire cheap workers that dont fix anything and if they do they have to come back in a couple of days they also say they have the best jacuzzi in... read more
I don’t even know where to begin. THE ABSOLUTE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX MANAGEMENT THERE IS! Not only are the apartments a rip off for what you pay, but the management is an absolute joke. The manager is the worst of them. All promises made and never kept. The manager and those under her are completely incapable of doing their jobs. I requested to have my furnace thermostat replaced. Waters Edge had it fixed the next day. Thank you for replacing my hot water heater.
