I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I am deathly afraid of dentists, yet I have never felt more at ease than Dr. Waterman and his staff make me feel. He is always precise, does good work, and is always acutely aware of my fear and responsive to any discomfort I feel.
