Everyone was friendly and helpful, however, I paid in full since I was visiting from out of town, but now my insurance has paid also and Dr. Waterman, is still holding my $76.00 refund. The service took place April 23, 2012 and I have called for my money back with no results. This is totally unacceptable in my way of thinking!
