All of the staff was fantastic with my son that'll be four son his first dental exam. He was smiling the whole time that they introduced each instrument, involving him in every step to make it an enjoyable experience. I've been going to Doctor Waterman since I was a child so to have him treat my son with the same care has been a great experience. I'm certain my son will never have to fear the dentist because of this!
Been going to dds waterman for about 3 yrs. Love his staff so nice and professional. He awesome very gentle and caring.
Horrible experience going there was ok for me he was recommended but not even a year after he filled a tooth,THE FILLING FELL OUT!! I have filings in my mouth from when I was 21 years old and have no trouble with them falling out. I'm 51 now! The work this dentist did was sloppy and obviously not very good since it fell out so soon.
I suffered a traumatic dental experience as a child that made me terrified. After 13 years the tooth pain was so bad I was forced to go to the dentist. Everyone at Dr. Waterman's office (including himself) went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I've been back several times since and every time has been a great experience! I would highly recommend them to everyone!
Dr. Waterman put a new crown on a tooth for me, then several weeks later drilled thru the new crown to do a root canal, after being infected. The crown then cracked off and Dr. Waterman does not think he is responsible for this nor did he offer to fix or repair the crown or replace. In fact he would not even admit that it had cracked off.
