I had a very disappointing experience with this agency. The house was not in good condition when I moved in – there were several maintenance issues that were never properly addressed. Communication was extremely poor throughout my tenancy; responses to emails and calls were often delayed or ignored entirely. On top of that, the bond return process was frustrating and unreasonably delayed, with no clear explanation or updates provided. I would not recommend this agency based on my experience.
