We booked a great property in mid December 2016 for property in June 2017 (7 months in advance). My wife and I will be celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary in 2017 and wanted our 2 children and 4 grandchildren to spend 5 days together to reunite. Every time we called to confirm our booking, we could never get a straight answer but they were taking money from our credit card. Promises to return calls NEVER happened. Bait and switch, we have used them twice now for vacation rentals, both times they said the existing rental was not available but offered us another. Typically the house is available and 5-10 days out they refund your money and try to get you to book with them at another location that is normally a run down property worth half of he value or one twice out of reach. We have seemed legal advice.

We have used vacation rental pros two times in the last two years. We have been very pleased with the rental properties and service received. I don't think I would have changed anything had I had the opportunity.
They are very responsive to any concerns or needs before, during and after our visit. This year is our 5th year renting with them.
