Vacation rental pros is a good company that was professional and provided what we needed
Last winter was the 3rd time we had used VRP for a condo in St Augustine, FL. We were very pleased with the new computerized customer services. Deposits were paid automatically, every bit of information, paperwork came in a timely manner, and of course, the rental was just as nice as it had always been. We are all set for the winter of 2018 and look forward to your fine service again.
We booked a condo in St Augustine Florida for Feb of this year,. The place was awesome - The people at Vacation Rental Pros are really great to work with. We have already booked the same place for 2018 since we liked it so well.
BEWARE!!!!!!!!! Do not rent from this company. You need a layer to review the agreement first. One side contract. Very protective of themselves and not the renter. I rented and paid for in full a house on the beach for 1 week and they cancelled my rental 2 days later for no reason. They blamed the owners of the house saying that they refused the rental agreement contract. They advertised and agreed to $2,000 for the week and 2 days later Vacation rental pros called me to tell me that the owners wanted $4,000. This has got to... read more
We have used used them a couple of times. The first time the house we rented was not clean and the furniture in it looked like it had been picked up at random garage sales. That being said, we did call and let them know the situation and they took care of us. The next year I booked another family vacation with them and had no problems whatsoever and we really enjoyed the property. Would I use them again? Yes. Also they have an app that is very useful.
We have rented from you four years and we are committed to a fifth. Excellent service throughout our experience. The only negative is the tasteless decorations rampant in your houses (we've stayed in 3 different ones). Terrible junk and awful artwork, etc. Furniture is just satisfactory. You really need to get someone with taste in to clean up your properties, select some decent wall colors and accessories, etc. This would really enhance our experience. We arranged a January2017 cottage rental on Fort Myers Beach thru Vacation Rental Pros and the transaction and the stay in Mangrove Breeze Cottage went smoothly and just as planned. Payment, arrangement for arrival and departure were clearly explained. One minor maintenance issue during our stay was handled quickly - all in all excellent experience and a good two week stay on Ft. Myers Beach. We would repeat with Vacation Rental Pros.
We have rented Brightmore House twice, as it was the perfect location with lots of space for 10 girlfriends enjoying a reunion. The first time it was great, but our second time was even better with the recent renovations. Walking the beach, biking and walking along Hickory Boulevard are just some of the activities we enjoy.
