If you are looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation free of issues.....DO NOT even consider V trips or Vacation Rental Pros. The one star was required, or none would have been given. We rented Ocean Walk located within Palm Coast during the first part of June 2019. Upon arrival the tile floors were filthy and appeared they hadn’t been properly mopped in sometime. Do not use V Trips. If you have an issue it will not he handled. We were under the impression that we had booked directly through VRBO. The property was listed on their site but V Trips/Vacation Rental Pros somehow became the company we were dealing with. We're unable to leave reviews for the property itself because it cannot be found on the site we originally booked through. We stayed 5 nights in 1774 St Andrew's Common, Hilton Head, SC in May 2019. If I could write a one I would. We booked a vacation home for my family a year in advance. They canceled our vacation home and said they could not find another home to place us in in all of Florida. They could not switch the dates or find another home or both. The only thing they could do is refund her money. By this time we were unable to find another beach home because they’re all booked.
Do not trust this company
BEWARE!! This company is not one you want to be involved with. I have read these reviews, primarily from renters and I am quite horrified. I will give you a different perspective. I am an owner of a waterfront condo that is available for rental through Vacation Rentals/VTrips and as badly as you as renters are being treated, as an owner, have been equally misused. You pay in full prior to renting, I do not get paid until 6 weeks after you move in. There is no customer service for owners because no one responds to our emails ... read more
We rented Sueno Mar 7200 A1A St Augustine Fl just this last week in August 2018. We nicknamed this place "The Dump" and that was being nice. Everything was wrong upon entry. We found lots and lots of mold inside and out, the place was filthy and I mean nasty filthy. She is exceptional in her customer service skills which were extended to me in our upcoming Cinnamon Beach (#***) weekend getaway, with 8 of our family members joining us for my wife's birthday celebration! Booked a Vacation and the day before they cancelled us saying the owner has decided to stay in the downstairs unit which we had booked the top and bottom unit because we needed 5 bdrms. They tried to switch us to another property that was not directly on beach or even comparable to the one we chose. They did not care that we had people flying and they lost their money on flights. They had someone for the top unit so they got their fee. Not a company of their word!
We rented an Ocean Front Beach House that was listed as a Diamond rating, which is the best rating available from Vtrips, Vacation Rental Pros. The whole experience starting 2 days prior to departure has been a horrible experience and we are still getting pushed around and told they will get back to us. They received our money in full for a Diamond Rating 4 bedroom 4.5 bath and we only got a 1 star 1 bedroom home with 2.5 bathrooms.
