I would've given 5 but there were quite a few things I was unhappy with when I first moved in.
They accused us of not paying rent 4 seperate time when in fact we had, we had to take the online receipts and show them in person. There are still holes in our doors from when we moved that they said they would fix but haven't. Same with 2 broken windows. We have ants and mice that they've done nothing about. They've done nothing about our noisy downstairs neighbors whose bass shakes our walls and floors. Don't live here. Just don't.
Debbie and her team at Waterfront Apartments are extremely helpful and nice. They bend over backwards to help, whenever needed. Highly recommended.
I love Waterfront, we are excited to be living here!
