You get what you pay for. This is a low cost apartment, and don't come here expecting too much high class. Having said that, it is just what you might want otherwise. I have had no problems with it so far. I am renewing my lease for the second time!

This is a nice place to live location wise. Public transport is also much feasible from this place. Maintenance requests are accepted and completed gracefully.

Location is good, Prices are relatively less expensive and there are buses that connect to to pmu and armstrong. Nice place. not so secluded but just enough.

We like Waterfront, the location is great, plenty of parking and our apartment might be old but they put new floors and all new appliances in for us. And we have a washer and dryer. The office staff have always been friendly. The maintenance guys unlocked my car for me last week and put air in my tire. The snow was been plowed right away and they cleaned the sidewalks.

Maintenance staff are great they loaded my UPS packages in their truck and brought them to my apartment. The office staff are casual and make you feel comfortable asking them for help. I love the location, we can walk or bus to campus and walk to the bars. I recommend Waterfront.

The staff is friendly and when I was locked out after hours they had someone one site to unlock my door within 10 minutes of my call. I don't have a car so I take a five minute bus or trolley ride to school. Living at Waterfront is convenient I can walk to the market, bars, movie theater and across the pedestrian bridge to Chumley's or the Black Sparrow. I recommend Waterfront.

The Waterfront staff are friendly and have answered our maintenance request right away. We resigned our lease and they replaced our kitchen and bathroom floors and brought us a new stove and refrigerator without us asking them to replace anything. Its only a 10 minute walk to the Union or on cold days I ride the bus or trolley that comes every 15 minutes. Plus the Cactus and Scotties are only a few seconds from our front door. I recommend Waterfront.

Very cheap, which is nice but they are raising their prices and these apartments are not worth the raised price. They are far from campus with Chauncey hill to climb if you miss the bus that is a 10 minute walk away. We had our washer and dishwasher break while we lived here, there was an ice machine that never worked. You can feel the draft from the sliding door which the handle broke off of.
