This is a horrible place to live I have kids that go to school and the owner son plays music all fucken night long and his dog barks all fucken night they don't fix shit and my water is brown I wish I never moved here they all ways have an excuse on why they don't fix anything I can't wait to get the fuck out of here I'm to pissed so if I was you I would keep looking cause this is not where you want to live.

The staffs in the leasing office of Waterfront Apartment are very nice. Their apartments are the best.
Awesome management and great prices!
I am lucky to live with a view of the river. Maintenance is great. Location is good. Some facilities would be good such as a pool table and snazzier gym along with some snacks on certain days. Apartments are very poor in preventing sound from carrying over to the next room. I guess I'm satisfied otherwise.
I love staying here. The rent is super reasonable for a two room apartment. The maintainance is great. I'm planning on extending my lease.
