Have lived here for nearly a year now and have loved every minute of it! The staff and maintenance crew are SO friendly & timely about everything! Would recommend this complex to anyone looking for an apartment!
If you want a peaceful and smaller apartment community with lovely landscaping and BEAUTIFUL, mature trees, as well as a FANTASTIC STAFF, Waterford Apartments are for you.
I have lived here for a year now and I absolutely love it. Clayton and Tamara are EXCEPTIONAL and have gone above and beyond to take care us. Our upstairs neighbor flooded all three levels about a month ago resulting in us needing to stay in a hotel for a few days. The office immediately took care of the expenses and made sure that the apartment was fixed in a timely manner. our A/C has gone out a few times as well but maintenance comes out almost immediately to take care of it.
