Don’t move here! Management isn’t concerned about the wellbeing of the residents. They don’t do a good job of vetting new residents. Background checks are not done or ignored. Residents are not warned when neighbors have criminal records, especially for violent crimes. It’s awful!!

New management and everything changed. I left in November 2019 and have yet to receive my deposit back or forwarded mail and it’s January 2020. It’s disappointing after having great customer service for 5 years with Case & Associates. My water bill increased from $45 to $70+ a month with new management without any explanation. I hope things get better here but I was not going to wait another year to find out.
I have lived here for almost two months and have enjoyed every minute of it! The staff (especially Kelli Bear) and maintenance crew are very friendly, helpful and address everything in a timely manner. I would recommend this appartment complex to anyone looking for a place to live!
I love my apartment at Waterford! My neighbors are all friendly, and I have an awesome location, close to parking and the mailboxes. Management is great, and all the other staff work hard to keep this place running smoothly. I'm especially fond of our property manager, Kaylie. She's amazing!
I’ve lived at the Waterford for 3 months now. And I’ve previously lived in 3 other complexes and i have to say this one has by far been my favorite. I moved in right as vesta reality bought it out and they have been soooo helpful with my move. Even with the challenge of the last company not informing them of my moving in. The staff is very friendly and has been accommodating to me to make sure my living there is as comfortable as possible.
