If you want to rent in Kendall be very careful. I lived in three different apartment complexes there it was a nightmare. They overcharge you on rent and say its the economy. This particular complex Waterford on88 and 122place is the worst one of all. They found several excuses to stay with nearlyall of my deposit. I never paid late and maintain my apt in great condition. Trust me you be better off somewhere else.

Very nice and luxurious, although it is not a fully gated complex. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my pleasant stay and would move back if I could.
