Verified Renter Would be very careful if the apartment you are moving into and make sure you see if prior to living into it. Dont believe what the leasing team tells you without seeing the apartment.

Very happy with my move-in experience The leasing staff are incredibly hard working and they resolved all of my issues upon moving in. Special thanks to Olivia who was very responsive and helpful! The units themselves are very spacious and great for remote workers and commuters alike. The community is quite and very safe. The neighbors are nice and are respectful. Verified Renter Renter's should be rewarded for paying rent on time...Cherry Creek raises the rent at a very high rate every year! They offer low rates when you first move in after that is where they get you! Will never come back. Community has also gone down since I have moved in. Crime rate is awful. No Security for the premises. Even though they are real quick to raise the rent rates!
Verified Renter Very happy to live here, peaceful place for my husband and pups, great community, grounds and infrastructure are well kept and amenities are well maintained. Moved here from downtown and was worried about location, but this location is actually quite central and I'm very happy.
