Verified Renter I've been there two weeks and it seems like a nice place to live. It's been quiet for me, which is important, and it has a little park for my dogs to run. I'm looking forward to seeing how I enjoy it when COVID restrictions subside.

Verified Renter This is probably one of the worst communities I've ever lived in. If I was tied to a lease, I would've moved out 1 week after move-in. I am still dealing with issues from move-in (4 months ago) from a laundry list of items and it's completely unacceptable. I do my best to stay at places instead of my apartment, which is ridiculous because I pay monthly rent here. Counting down the days until I can depart this dump.

THE WORST I usually don't waste my time writing reviews but this place is SO bad I feel like I need to. It is a non smoking community which was a huge bonus for me and my roommate- however my neighbors smoke constantly and the smoke seeps into our apartment and it constantly smells. We have had the leasing office come up multiple times and admit they can smell it and it is disgusting and they still have done absolutely nothing except offer us a different, smaller unit that costs more money. Things to consider. Pros - I really enjoyed having a garage in my home. This made the horrible parking reviews irrelevant to me as I could park in my garage and have guests park behind me. However, even in my time here I had a guest get booted with 20 minutes ($300 or so dollars) and threatened to be towed once when parked behind my garage. I dislike the company and thankfully didn't deal with them as often as others. Maintenance - Maintenance is very kind and timely. Waterford Cherry Creek I stayed here for five years because the location is great and I will say the management (which has changed three times in the last five years) has gotten better. The renovated units were done hastily - we had floors we had to cover that clearly had water damage, a leak from the neighbors water heater / central air unit where you could see a stain, and paper thin walls. Apartment Unfairly Charged Fees after Move-Out We lived here for 2 years in 2 different apartments. The management moved us to a "newly renovated" apartment so they could renovate the one we lived in. The carpet was improperly installed upon move-in (coming up at the seams, didn't reach the wall). We took pictures and communicated with management about the carpet, but nothing was done. Within weeks of living there, the apartment also flooded (further damaging the carpet).
