Verified Renter I am so pleased with my apartment and the amenities at Waterford Cherry Creek. My small dog and I love it here. The apartment has everything I need, and is on the first floor, and it is close to the swimming pool, hot tub, mailbox, package pick up, and garbage dumpster. There is also a gym and dog wash area by the package pick up area. There is a beautiful walking trail across the street from the office, and a great park across the street from my apartment. Wonderful community I've lived in this community for over a month now and have been incredibly impressed with the grounds, management and maintenance staff. Michelle and Betsy went above and beyond showing me multiple units to suit my needs and further through the application process. Not to mention they were incredibly welcoming and communicative. Verified Renter Lovely staff and well-kept premises. This is much nicer than other facilities I have been a part of where the staff does not care and landlords rent out unclean apartments at horribly high rates. I highly recommend Waterford Cherry Creek. Great sense of community here.

Verified Renter I’m elderly living by myself. I’ve lived here for nearly two years now with my dog, and I love it! I feel safe, and any maintenance issues I have are taken care of in a very timely manner. The office staff are very friendly and accommodating. I plan to stay long term.
