Verified Renter I absolutely love living at Waterford Cherry Creek Apartments. The only issue I have is that the rent is a little high, but if you can afford to live here I highly recommend it. The leasing agents are all kind and friendly. The maintenance is timely with requests. The amenities are actually functional and kept updated. The area is pretty good too. Oh and the only other downside is that the gates break pretty consistently.
