Verified Renter Uncaring management has no solution for a broken appliance (washing machine) besides ending my lease or letting me use a vacant apartment to do my laundry which is completely absurd.

Thank you for your review, Will. As you said, we offered you the use of a neighboring apartment while we waited on the installation of your new washing machine. While we are very sorry that we were not able to get the machine immediately due to an injured maintenance technician, we did hire a vendor to complete the work as quickly as their schedule would allow.
