I’m about to move out in a month, and I can honestly say this is the best place I’ve ever lived. The environment is peaceful, the maintenance staff is helpful and friendly, and I haven’t met a neighbor i didn’t like. The property manager, Liv, is the best part about the place for sure. My only critique is some of the constructs of the apartment are cheap and low quality, but I’m sure you get that anywhere you go. Anyways, I definitely recommend Watermill.

This is our first place and its not good.. Everything breaks, our closet door, laundry room door, the blinds for the patio. If you barely touch the paint it leaves scuff marks. The amount that we have to pay for rent, you'd think things would be made at a higher quality. And we have to pay for the broken closet door. All we did was open and close it. So we will probably have a huge bill when we move because of cheap things that keep breaking. Not impressed AT ALL. We are moving the second our lease is up.
My first place to call my home and it's beautiful, So happy to call this place my home.
