Recommendedlove the location, its quiet, peaceful, everyone is freindly including the staff. Because it's on the out skirts of Springfield, you get to see deer, birds, etc. I am upgrading from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom apartment. Theresa Moncrief is very friendly and helpful. She is providing me with info, documents, etc. to help this change go smoothly. Thank You Theresa!
Everything breaks and sometimes there’s no hot water even though you paid your utility and everything. The internet that was provided NEVER works. Just not worth the money
RecommendedI love living here! Liv, the apartment manager, has handled every issue we’ve had. She’s very friendly and professional! Maintenance request are fixed super fast! The apartment complex is kept very clean, and nice and are very affordable! Even though they are on the north side of town, I feel very safe here with security patrolling at night and it seems to be pretty quiet! Overall, Watermill Park Apartments are FANTASTIC! It definitely feels like home!
We have lived here for around 6 months and love it. It’s a quiet area and the staff is super friendly.
