Highly recommend Jeff! His pricing was far and away the best, and on top of that, he responded quickly (both to my inquiry and to come replace the water heater), stayed communicative throughout, and did a quick, clean job removing my old water heater and installing the new one. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and somehow did everything without any problems in my cramped South Philly basement.
Jeff was an absolute delight! Very personable & professional! He installed my water heater & then sat with me and explained everything about the warranty & things I would need to know. If you are looking for a water heater these guys are the way to go. Thanks again Jeff!
Jeff was quick to respond, super knowledgeable and very nice. He did such a great job installing a new water heater tank. He made the installation look very easy even though my water heater tank is in a tight spot. His prices are very reasonable and much cheaper than the big company’s around us. I highly recommend!!!
Called him on a Monday at 10am. He was at my house with a new water heater, working on removing my ruptured tank and installing the new one by 1pm that day. He was polite, knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing very clearly. The job was finished within a few hours and best of all, his price came in at least $300 less than I expected. 100% recommend
Second time I have worked with Jeff, the owner. My water heater wasn’t venting correctly when coupled with the draft coming from the gas heater. A number of chimney “experts” wanted me to spend 2-3k on a chimney liner, but for about a fifth of that price Jeff installed a new vent line inside the house and adjusted the angle to fix the issue.
