They don’t do anything in a timely manner. My time is to precious to waist!!!!
If there was a 0 star rating this would be it. Please if you care about your loved one. Do NOT choose this company. The owner AND her staff have put our family through hell the past year. The neglect is seriously disturbing. They schedule the aides when it’s convenient for them. Everything about this company is all about them and what works for them. They do not care if it does not work for the elderly they promise to take care of. They have left my bed ridden grandfather from 8am to 8am the next day soiled and with no help.... read more

Jamie (Owner of Watching Over Us Home Care) sent a caregiver to an elderly couple’s home who are close friend’s of mine. The caregiver sat on the couch all day, took several naps, played on her phone, made calls and texted. She left with the couch unorganized with pillows all over and didn’t pick up after herself, leaving an empty drink bottle on the end table. When I mentioned the mess she left, she replied, so what.
