Each apartment has its own private entrance, large living rooms with vaulted and 9-foot ceilings, walk-in closets with built-in shelving, washer/dryer hook-ups and screened-in patio/balconies. We also offer FREE TRASH PICK UP on a bi-weekly basis for all of our residents.

I love it here! We have had a few issues with our water heater but it gets fixed pretty much the same day you call! The office staff is very nice as well. We have a 3 bedroom, it is very nice and spacious. The biggest issue we have is parking. Most nights I'm not home til 9:30 pm or a little later and I frequently have to park 4 or 5 buildings down which isn't ideal in general but especially after working all day. I lived there for 2 years on the second floor and there were mice running rampant through the apt. The ifc gave me mousetraps. Yuck
Well, it's not the worst place to live, but it can be improved. For example what's with the handicapped spots every other spot? Didn't used to be that way. I work 2nd shift and I swear when I come home I have to park 5 or 6 units down from my apartment. That's ridiculous. I'm a female alone out of her car at night that's not safe. I'm going to have to start carrying a knife or something just in case. This isn't assisted living or a nursing home you don't need these many handicapped spots. Cassie, we've been working on the parking situation this year by registering cars and providing a vehicle tag to be placed in the driver side window indicating a resident of our community. We have also reached out to our towing company for additional monitoring to help alleviate the parking concerns. We apologize for the lack of lighting on our signage, one side is working and the other is awaiting a part which is expected to arrive within the week.
I must say I have lived here for about a month now and absolutely love it!! Everyone is so nice!!! I love Anna in the office she is so pleasant and easy to deal with!!! I highly recommend this community!
My air conditioner has froze up for the 4th time today and no one is available. I can not even leave a message for it to get fixed. We pay rent every month for working appliances and this is not the case......
This was a great place to live until the "new" lady Chris came into the office!!! She is very very rude, unwelcoming and very very unfriendly!
I think it's a very nice place to live with a atmosphere of friendliness.
My dog and I love living here! Super pet friendly, super nice neighbors, and it's beautiful! I have never had a problem with anyone in the leasing office or the maintenance. They really work hard to make this a great place to live. This is a safe, friendly, beautiful, wonderful place to call home. Kinda expensive but you get what you pay for! :)
