Overall quiet neighborhood aside from the squawking geese at random times. Neighbors have been respectful and the staff has always been accommodatable to any requests promptly. There is always parking. No issues here!

Shout out to the stellar job 🙄 repair job of drywall at our apartment in Washington Village Apartments to fix damage to ceiling of water leak (that we had call them three times to fix in first place). July 1st, 2020- When we first called them about water leak the maintenance men told us it was just condensation from air conditioner lines 🙄. I told them should it be getting bigger that fast? This was first call. Called second day when water mark was about twice size as first...Continue Reading

Office staff is misleading and dishonest. I went in filled out rental application, paid both the non refundable (standard practice) $45 application fee and the “refundable” $100 secure next available spot fee. It was SHARED BY THE OFFICE STAFF, that I could get my $100 fee returned if I chose not to move forward with rental. After the application was approved, a week later we decided we did not want to rent from them any longer (more than 30 days notice from when next available apartment). DISHONEST! The staff did not disclo... read more

Hi Adam, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the experience you had here at Washington Village Apartments. Let us help work this situation out! Attached to the application you turn in, is the rental requirements and information about Washington Village. This criteria is under Deposits and Fees. My family lived here off and on for about 10 years total. Everytime we moved back it got a little worse. Unfortunately we had to move from our home due to a flood and the closest apartments were Washington Village. With being a previous resident we knew what to and not to expect. We however did not expect what we moved into. Our apartment was is no way near being move in ready. The entire apartment reeked of smoke, had not been painted, was mediocrely cleaned and the carpet had not been professionally cleaned. In fact within... read more

Wonderful place to live. Maintenance service is done in a timely manner and the staff are very nice. The office staff are very personal and make extra efforts to help when they can. Overall my experience has been nothing less of great and I recommend this place to anyone.

Living here for 8 years and it’s gone downhill. Used to live in upstairs apartment but due to wife’s health had to move downstairs. They built these apartments so poorly that there is no sound buffer between the upper and lower apartments. The woman that lives above us has children that seem to run constantly and she is a heavy walker and is constantly going back and forth. Her heavy walking constantly causes our bedroom doors to rattle and management won’t do anything about it. Looking to move this year. Don’t waste your ti... read more

Business response:

Way overpriced and allow dangerous dogs, even though they say they are NOT ALLOWED. Lived there 2 years and mice were NOT taken care of right away, maintenance guys were nice but the office staff were TOTAL idiots with no apparent apartment management training. Big turnover. They are very nice and tell you what you want to hear UNTIL u sign on the dotted line. MUST BE WHY people don't stay, they are NOT helpful once u sign. Also better watch out for those towing guys, they come in the middle of the night and tow if you have ... read more
