Office Visit - Washington Elite Dentistry The services were great, from the moment I entered the office, until the time of departure. Front office, actual timing for appointment, actual time spent with the dentist and her assistance, and billing, all, were handled with great expertise, caring attitude and professional. With the aid of the whole team, the office visit was less painful and less stressful. Thank you.
No notice of hygenist switch I usually don't have any issues at all when I come in. Today, however, I came in for a cleaning and quickly realized I was placed with a new hygenist. When I set my appointment 6 months ago, I set it with my usual hygenist (and have for the last two years). As someone with lots of anxiety around going to the dentist, this was unnerving and anxiety inducing. All I ask for is a simple courtesy call when staff schedules change.

With that being said, if you ever have a personal preference, please do not hesitate to let us know when scheduling your appointment. I keep returning to Washington Elite Dentistry and Dr. Berman because of the superb service. The group does an excellent job of keeping my teeth and gums in excellent shape. That's particularly challenging, given the initial condition of my teeth when I started two years ago. While I've retired and live some distance from the dental office, I will continue to have my dental work done at WED and Dr. Berman given the excellent work they do.

This is a wonderful place. My appointment started exactly on time. The hygienist and her assistant were gentle and caring, The dentist was very nice. I am so pleased to have found Washington Elite Dentistry as I transition to living in DC.

I have been well taken care of during my visits. The staff is genuinely nice and I feel like they actually care about me as s person. This office has the most up to date dental technology that provides effective service with less pain overall.
