I never enjoy going to the dentist. It's something I seriously dreaded. I have horrible memories of the dentist from childhood, and even some from my young adult years. My first time at Dental Depot was a little tough. I was extremely nervous and uncomfortable. All the staff worked with me to build assurance and courage during my visit. This experience was a lot better than last time. The waiting time was only a few moments and the cleaning was done in a prompt manner.

My experience with y'all was amazing. My son enjoyed his first dental appointment. I recommend dental depot to everyone. Everyone that works here is friendly, helpful, and punctual. The staff and office is very organized.

When you enter a new office and are immediately greeted by a smile and "Hi", this is already a major positive in my eyes. This is how it was for me entering Hefner Avenue Dental Depot. Things only got better. The Hygienist Michelle made me feel so welcome and at ease. Dr. Tucker simply walked in, introduced himself and joined the conversation. What a team environment!! The ambiance is so kid friendly, it made them forget that they were dreading the appointment. The techs and doctors were all super friendly and really helped my youngest with his fear of the dentist.

I brought my son in today for his first dentist appointment ever. Everything was awesome, staff, dentist, how they interacted with him and of course the trains made his day. However, I am annoyed that I wasted my time, because I specifically asked the receptionist 3 times on the phone if the doctor we were seeing was a pediatric doctor that was listed on the website. She said he sees children, but never fully answered my question. She was more interested in setting an appointment. All in all everything else was perfect! Than... read more

I am always treated with respect by Dental Depot employees. Even though I have a lot of problems, everyone is helpful and care about my fear of dentists. I like this Dental Depot!

I had a great experience at my check up. Had my teeth clean and going back to get my fillings done. The dentist and hygienist are amazing. My son had his first dentist appointment here as well and it went perfect. They were great with him and he loved the trains. Very kid friendly.
