Like most folks I do not like going to any doctor. When I do go, I prefer to get all the procedures I need while I'm there. I understand many times that is not possible, but this was the first time it has happened at DD. I appreciate the past visits even more now that I have had to make future appointments to complete work which has n the past was able to do while I was there for a "routine cleaning."
Very nice visit. Was brought back shortly after I arrived, no a long wait at all. Pleasant atmosphere. I love Dental Depot - easiest dental appointments I have ever had.
Great first time. A little more communication while sitting in the chair.. was left a few times for a while but other than that.. went well.
I have been so happy with Dental Depot!!! The atmosphere is so positive, the treatment is top notch, and the train atmosphere is great for all ages. With the warm blanket I have received in the past and water I am offered, it is like a hotel. Love the singing hygienists and dentists too!
I changed dental offices several years ago, after two hard-to-please relatives recommended it to me, knowing I was unhappy with my previous dental care. They were right! Everyone is on time, or nearly, all are professional and friendly, answer my questions, and even remember me from my last visit. No long waits, They even provide good current magazines, in case there is a short wait. Also, I greatly enjoy the model trains!

What a great group of people. A little over the top, yes... A little scripted, yes.... But its all in the name of making you comfortable... And it does work... My denistry issues make it quite obvious I am not a fan of dentists in general... But they never made me feel uncomfortable, quite the opposite.. Not an exact quote, but my dentist said something like, "I understand the real world"... He quickly identified the best course of action and options and was very informative. 6 month cleaning, went like clock work, all of the employees are very friendly. Very nice office and patient areas.
