Great experience all around.
The office was supposed to close at 4 PM on Sat. I called at 3 and explained my problem. They told me to come on in. The staff was very accomadating and worked with me to take care of my problems both financially and cosmetically. I feel they went out of their way to be helpful.
Great experience today getting my 6 month cleaning. I was on time, they were on time. Fast, efficient, and friendly. Thanks for making my visit pleasant.
Lavette and Michelle did a wonderful job and the Dr. that saw me was also very professional and nice. They got me in, made me feel welcome, and got me out without any issues! You guys are awesome!!!
I must say this dental office is one that is so different from the ones I have visited in the past. I have a fear of dental work because of bad experiences with the procedures and overall treatments. Dental Depot on Hefner is the exception and their staff, hygiene tech, x ray tech, and dentist are the greatest. I have never felt so relaxed and anxious free as I did in this office. My twins had a wonderful experience. The staff was so understanding and patient with them. They loved the trains.
The staff was awesome. I love the feel of the environment. It was by far the best visit I have ever had. Thanka Dental Depot abs staff for a wonderful time at the dentist office and your love and support was well needed.
First visit for 2015, but have been with Dental Depot for almost a year. Continuous satisfaction with great customer service.
