I had an excellent experience living here, management was easy to work with, maintenance did an excellent job and was prompt with all my concerns. Beautiful property in the summer time. My 1BR apartment at the 703 building in the back of the property was completely renovated with modern amenities / stainless steel appliances. I also had an in person washer/drier in my apartment. Quiet neighborhood if thats what your looking for. 10/10!
I have lived in many rentals and have never had a better experience than right here at warren apts, the owner truly seems to care that residents have a truly nice place to be, the grounds are really cared for and apts are nice, mostly quiet, and repairs are done very quickly, from the new roof to all the small things, thank you Von Miller.
Apartment is beautiful with really nice wood work! Neighbors are really friendly and very social. Great place to live!
I lived here for almost a year - only reason we moved was due to work taking us out of town. I loved everything about these apartments. I was in the new building and there are so many nice finishes you would normally find in a house not an apartment. The attention to detail Von paid showed in the apartments. The best part about living here is by far Von and Stephen. You won't find better property management. They are extremely timely, respectful and do a great job with any request you might have.
