They Called to say they would be @ my home between 2-4pm. I called the office @ 5:30 to ask why they still had not been there. The customer service rep did not have an answer. I recieved a msg @ 7pm saying "they won't be able to make it out & would be out the next day". We have not noticed ONE BIT of difference in the mosquito control.

I am sorry for the scheduling problems, and the lack of communication. If we were going to be late, or a no show, the Technician or someone from the Office should have called to notify you. I'm sorry this was not done. Our normal office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Outside of those hours, we do use an answering service that is NOT affiliated with Warner?s. They just take messages, and email them to the Office. You had no way of knowing that you were not actually speaking with someone from our office. I s... read more

The technician was not knowledgable and they do not give a quote for the work ahead of time.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. You are 100% correct, we don't quote irrigation services ahead of time because we can?t tell over the phone what may be wrong underground. Sometimes troubleshooting over the phone can be successful, but usually, until an irrigation technician can assess what is happening on site, we don?t know in advance where the problems may lie. Irrigation issues can be tricky. Fixing an issue in one zone can sometimes reveal issues in another zone. For example, if one problem preven... read more

They forgot to cut the grass for 3 weeks, was told I fell off some list.

I am so sorry for the mix up, Terry! We really want to mow each week for many reasons; customer satisfaction, apperance, lawn health, and it?s easier. No one enjoys mowing a lawn after three long weeks during the peak of growing season. At that point, it usually has to be mowed more than once or even twice to get it back under proper control. It?s my sincere belief that, unfortunately, a human error was likely made at the time the order was placed, rather than we forgot to go to your yard for three weeks. Still, not good. I?... read more
