Our grass looks worse than before we had them. The front yard was beautiful and now horrible. The edge of the grass is dead. Called, my wife left an email and spoke with the guy about the issue and no response. The last straw, the person came today. Spent 45 min in truck and less than 5 minutes on our lawn. Yup that is right we were home.

I am sorry that you had bad experience with our fertilizer and/or weed control. I?m also sorry for the lack of the response you received from our organization. We do have a troubleshooting process in place when these situations arise. We send an account manager to the yard to see, what is going on? Home owners don?t have to be home for this visit, but it can be set up as a meeting if customers so desire, to discuss and talk through what is happening in the yard and what can be done about it. They did a nice job. Only issue was they called to tell me they were coming but didn't show up. They never called to say they weren't coming or if the job was rescheduled. I had to call them to find out if I was back on the schedule.
