Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

No, there was no annoying music Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Would you recommend this dentist to others? Yes Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? They were average Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, but it seemed extremely out-of-date Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind
