I had the best customer service experience at Warner Kia. Tim Martin helped me out 110% got the car I wanted and he was really friendly, and he explained to me how to connect my phone, all the details about my Kia. I would come see him again and I will be sending my family or friends up to him.

Went in for a state inspection. Asked them to check the belt because it was squealing. They said it needed replaced $204 including inspection. Stated that it was cracked really bad and could not be tightened or anything. I asked to keep the old belt. When I went to the car (unwashed 2nd time in a row they did not wash after service) the belt looked almost new. I took it to another mechanic for a second opinion and he said the belt could have been tightened and belt dressing put on it to recondition the rubber. He also said t... read more
