I’ve had my car for one year, it’s been to the service department more times then I can count. The problem continues to be the front struts. They have been replaced 3 times in one year! That’s not mentioning the times that they recommend just part of the struts to be replaced. I’ve heard so many good things about this dealership and was hoping to be a life long customer. My husband and I highly recommend Warner Kia! They helped us get in our Sorento at a fair price and gave us a great trade in price. They even stayed almost two hours over and completed our paperwork and let us take our Sorento home without having our trade yet. (They had seen it 3 months prior but it had a key issue and had to be towed) We will be return customers when the time comes.
We purchased a KIA Telluride from Warner KIA and James Poling, our salesman. James and all their service folks have gone the extra mile for us. I love this vehicle. It rides like a dream. Listen this is by far the best car lot I have been. These people have always greeted me and treated me with such respect. Don Warner is an amazing man. I came in with a tire issue which he honestly didn't even have to fix but he told me to bring it in and let him look at it. Not only did he fix my tire but put a new battery on my car.
