We bought our 2nd Kia today from Warner Kia and Tim Martin (Salesman) and Patrick Allen (Finance Manager) In 2017 we bought a Kia Optima Hybird from Tim and today a 2020 Kia Soul. We are always treated very well and they move you through as quickly as possible. They work with you to get the payment with in your budget as long as you are realistic. Garry Murray sold me my first Kia years ago and it was a great one. I bought a new one today thanks to his help. He is a great Salesman with a uplifting attitude. I believe they took advantage of my young daughter-in-law and sold her a lemon. It's been breaking down and things going wrong, almost since the day she bought it. I said she should try to take it back, but being young, she didnt feel comfortable doing that. Shame on you!
I repeatedly expressed concerns about inadequate tires upon the purchase of my Jeep. I was told “we’ll make it right”. After purchasing the vehicle I’m now being to to basically get lost. Terrible customer service and have succeeded in building a less than stellar relationship.
Loren really made sure we were taken care of! Super great to deal with and such a wonderful salesman!
Service department is the worst ever. Will never use Warner Kia again unless they get rid of their people in service first. Very rude and are always trying to make an extra buck from you every time you are in there. I will be calling cooperate to report them.
