I went in with emergency. Alternator needing to be replaced..six hours later and 900. bill I pulled out of parking lot only to realize my radio and back up camera wasn't working..pulled back in and they checked only to bring it back to me saying, oh well there is nothing they can do for it..that they can put another one in for 700. I'm a senior woman traveling on the road, they seen me coming..
I bought a vehicle last July and within a month I had several different problems. within a year Ive had it to the service department more times than I can count! I should NEVER of had this many issues with a vehicle! I will never buy another vehicle from there again.
the staff at Warner kia is very helpful kind answers any questions even if I had already asked it. I purchased a Kia soul 2017 it had 15 miles on it and it was awesome. a lady hit me Aug 3 2020 Warner kia had me in another car 4 days later. great cars and great staff. wouldn't go anywhere else
My car was totalled after only 2 months of ownership. They have done everything possible to help process my claims for insurance and Gap coverage. They were even able to come close to my original interest rate for the financing on the replacement car even though it is much newer. The employees were able to answer my questions after I noticed my car was listed wrong on their website which led me to question if I received the desirable features I required. The service department was so helpful and went above and beyond when I needed a new battery for my Kia. I recommend stopping by if your car needs serviced. With COVID they have a computer that will check those annoying dash lights since the auto stores won't. Give them a call, I got in the same day. I will be going back for all my service needs. They washed my car!!
