In Monroe's historic downtown, you'll find Warehouse No 1. Restaurant. Our family-owned spot has been serving the community authentic Louisiana cuisine since we opened back in 1980. We're known for our award-winning food and scenic overlook of the Ouachita River. It's this combination that's kept families coming back year after year. It's also what makes us the local go-to for gatherings and special occasions. And, we have live music every day, so you know you can enjoy entertainment as you watch the sun set over the river.

RecommendedAnniversary Dinner with family wife had bake oysters, she said they were really good. I ordered ribeye med/well, got a very well done steak. They took it back, to make sure I might get what I wanted I ordered a medium this time. Took a while but the steak was 3/4 medium and rest was well done. But it was a good steak. Server brought us a slice of cheese cake, wish was delicious. They took a picture of us for our anniversary. Very great full for that. I’ll say it was a 4 for our first trip. We will come back another time.

The food was excellent The service was impecable. Food was brought to the table hot and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was peacefull and inviting. We plan to bring friends next time.

We love Warehouse No. 1. It’s our favorite date spot, but also a great place for families. The food is always delicious and never disappoints. If you are celebrating a special occasion, they always make you feel wonderful with a yummy treat. They go above and beyond for their guests.

The staff is always friendly and the food is good, but a little pricey. I’ve had food just as good at a little lower price at other places. Just being honest.
