In Monroe's historic downtown, you'll find Warehouse No 1. Restaurant. Our family-owned spot has been serving the community authentic Louisiana cuisine since we opened back in 1980. We're known for our award-winning food and scenic overlook of the Ouachita River. It's this combination that's kept families coming back year after year. It's also what makes us the local go-to for gatherings and special occasions. And, we have live music every day, so you know you can enjoy entertainment as you watch the sun set over the river.

Food is amazing! Best in town by a long shot! First time I went there was in the late 80’s & they’re still going strong. That says a lot!
We will definitely go back! The staff was nice and attentive. Food was great and had a great presentation on the plates. And reasonably priced. Great birthday get away!
Unique with a History lesson behind the building. Excellent food & staff and who could beat eatting on the river! Loved it!

☀️We enjoyed the sunset and a nice family dinner on Friday night while in Monroe for the 2019 LHSAA TENNIS STATE TOURNAMENT. Our food was delicious... served by ‘TJ’ who did a great job taking care of us!
