I received an AU ring as a Christmas gift almost 3 years ago. Granted it's not part of the high-end jewelry line, but as an AU grad it means much to me. I have had crystals fall out multiples times which requires repair. Each repair time, it's explained to me how Ware Jewelers no longer uses that supplier because of poor quality. They have a large selection of Yurman, Rolex, Tag, Hardy, and other well-known designers. Their friendly staff will assist you in making the right purchase!
I got my ring resized. After 40 years it was too small.😳They did a great job! It was all shiny and sparkly.
My purchase and experience with Ware jewelers was a great one. Never had any issues and no one hesitated to help me when needed. Great quality service with great quality products. A huge thank you to Betsy for helping me along the way and helping me find the right engagement ring for who is now my fiancé. I will not be doing business with Ware again. Poor customer service and a ridiculously high nonrefundable deposit. Wouldn't care too much about the deposit, but they didn't do anything, except mail watch to company. Shame too, because I have good experiences with Robin on custom pieces,but this exerience has soured me on Ware, I'll take my business elsewhere.
