Made my first and last visit to Ware Jewelers in Auburn. I needed a repair on my Rolex and I guess since I didn't purchase it with them or for whatever the reason, they would not service it. They said Rolex would not repair without getting it back to the original condition. Wow, an amazing comment from Mr. Ware. It was in the original condition and another Rolex authorized dealership took great care of my watch and YES Rolex did repair. I would NOT recommend Ware Jewelers and my experience was terrible.

It is true that we are unable to work on any watch that has non genuine parts added. For example: if a watch was originally produced with a fluted bezel and a diamond bezel was added later. Their stores are GORGEOUS! What a great selection! The staff has been so sweet and helpful and I love the fact that they are local, family owned. I highly recommend you shop this store.
