THEY TOOK MY CASH DEPOSIT AND HELD IT FOR TWENTY SIX (26!) DAYS. THERES NO TELLING HOW MUCH LONGER THEY WOULD HAVE JERKED ME AROUND IF I HADN'T BLOWN A GASKET. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I THINK THEY SHOULD CHANGE THEIR NAME TO RANSOMWARE

As an Auburn grad and former Ware Jewelers employee for a year after college, I knew Ware Jewelers was the company I trusted to turn my mothers beautiful wedding ring into 2 different custom pieces for myself and my daughter. When I walked in I was greeted immediately by Janie. She was so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They were able to do exactly what I needed in record time! Overall, it was a great experience!
