I had a partial nail avulsion done on my big toe in February at another doctor. By July it was still bothering me. Dr Womack redid the avulsion and by the next morning it felt better than the first procedure I had done five months ago. Dr Womack took the time to listen to my problem and and was very personable as well as his staff. I highly recommend.
It certainly is a well run facility. Once I verified my insurance and copy of driver's license, there was very little wait time before taken to a room. Xrays were taken of my foot and Dr. Womack arrived and explained what he needed to do to correct my issue. He performed the procedure which was painless. He is the best!! It really is a great example of how a facility should operate.
Dr. Wamack was very polite and considerate even though he was a little confused at the beginning. Which was totally all my fault because he was all set to ask how I was as doing with my right ankle and the images he was looking at were of my left ankle which had been giving me a lot of discomfort for about 3 to 4 weeks. Dr. Wamack did an incredible job of explaining the details of what needed to be done in most “Surgery for Dummies” way that helped me understand it. He explained all available options, and provided his opinion as to what was best. On a side note- he’s possibly the best dressed surgeon in Chattanooga. His shoes, shirt, watch face, and phone cover were all the same color of green. Well done, sir.
