Honest, knowledgeable and straightforward. Sold me a less expensive set because i did not need the additional options.
Our fairly new fridge went out. Chris went out of his way to come by same day to get it fixed. He let me know he knew it might not be possible but he would do what he could to come out asap. Job was done well and at the cost I was quoted. I'll be calling them in the future if we need repairs.
Walt's Sherwood Appliance has my undying loyalty. Last year, our new GE washing machine, purchased there, went bust. Being a rule-follower, I went through GE for warranty service. Six weeks into the process, GE had sent two different service people, neither of which fixed the machine -- & one claimed to be late because of being caught in the crossfire of a literal gunfight. If 0 stars were possible that's what I would have rated. Worst customer service. Did not properly diagnose my leaking washing machine. I paid $330 for a problem they now say is beyond repair and there resolution was to offer me $35 and he will call me later.
Local business with competitive pricing and excellent customer service! We buy all of our appliances here and utilize their service side for our rental properties. I highly recommend!
