Mark just came out to my home to install new knobs on my Dacor stovetop. Since it wasn’t difficult to do the installation, he gave them to me to install. Very helpful and made it a cheaper visit. I appreciate what they have done to help me maintain my Dacor. Kathy Graham, Salem

Our repair man was amazing. Super friendly and willing to show me what was wrong. The phone staff was very helpful and nice. I definitely recommend them! WVA is now in my contacts and will be used again!
Bought a fridge for our new home from them and it was delivered July 2018 with a dent. When we called they said they would take care of it. I have muse multiple calls since and sent multiple emails and every time I call nobody can find and record of my prior call. It has now been over a year since we notified them of the dent and still don’t have a new door.
Brought a micro in for repair,$145 to look at it and determine the fix. That's all good,but if you wish to repair the $145 does not go towards the cost to fix.now normally this fee is usedtopay for the cost to tear down and find the problem, and if you decide not to fix then their time is covered , but if you decide to have them fix it ,it’s applied to the overall cost as they are already to the problem . WVA wants to charge you to look at it and double charge you to fix it ... I would recommend going elsewhere...
Fabulous service!! We needed a different dryer part, from the one that we had picked up, and WVA did an exchange rather than charging us the difference. They were also very helpful with explaining things!!
I want to let people know that if you are looking for appliance repair to be careful if you choose WVA (used to be Walt’s). I had a repairman come out to look at my washer, the problem was the drain was blocked, no parts needed. He said if it happens again to “just google it, easy to fix.” He was in my house LESS than 20 minutes. And charged me $249. I called their office to talk about the charges and they said nothing, literally nothing. I try to stay local, but this company has lost my business.
