Tried to purchase a oven from them as we would have preferred to purchase from a local source rather than a large chain retailer. After multiple follow ups, talking to three different people, all saying that they would call back, us having to contact them to follow up, then again, no return calls, we gave up. You can only try to give someone your business for so long before you need to move on. Maybe they have more business than they care to?

Mark and Glenn called before coming to the house & a asked a few diagnostic questions. Then showed up & happened to have the part my machine needed. Back up & running in an hour! Great team.
Marc came to help with my refrigerator today. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I have had many contractors try to fix my refrigerator. He is definitely the best. He’s very patient to explain every details to me. I will absolutely recommend Marc and this company.

Worst experience I have ever had with purchasing a washing machine. The sales Manager Aaron Nevel made many promises and excuses. I DO NOT advice anyone to step foot into any of their locations and spend any amount of money with this company. Very disappointing
Mark Romel Taylor replaced the glass top on my Maytag stove. We had to order the top, took about two weeks, no problem with the wait time. Mark showed up on time the day after the top arrived and installed it. Very happy with his work and he was very professional. I will call again if I need appliance repair.

(Do your research you’ll find more of the same with this company) I was greeted on the phone by Sherry who told me the diagnosis prices for Samsung “$85, no it’s $95, oh no it’s $100” this should have been when I hung up but she apologized and said the prices had changed and Samsung is “different”.
