On July 30, 2018 we purchased a GE Dishwasher which we were told there was a $100.00 rebate. On Sept 26, 2018 the dishwasher was installed. We have telephoned WVA several times requesting the rebate. No one has phoned us back nor helped us acquire the $100.00 rebate. Customer service is very poor. It is a Bait and Switch sales program. We would not recommend this store.
Not good. They scheduled a four hour window and the tech doesn’t show up. Wanted to reschedule for a week out after I called and asked where the tech was..

Top notch customer service! Had a problem where my dishwasher wasn’t draining properly. Called to schedule an appointment two days ago. The technician, Chris, came out today. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, offering many tips to increase the longevity of my appliances. He fixed the issue and was on his way within an hour. Fantastic!
The people at Willamette Valley Appliance are amazing. I was scheduled to have someone look at my dryer after if broke the other day, but tonight I got a call from Willamette valley Appliance saying " we think it may just be a broken knob." (it was). They saved me a bunch of money on the service fee and even stayed open 15 minutes late so I could go pick up the new knob tonight. I highly recommend their services. Thank you for your magnificent assistance, saving me time and money!
Needed a new door for my front loader Frigidaire washer. Problem is the ink washed off the sticker with the model number. Took pics and showed the guys at WVA. They knew exactly what I needed. Parts ordered and in the shop on time as promised along with some advice on the repair. New door installed and no leaks. Very pleased with the expert knowledge and promise kept. I’ll be back for parts, repairs and new appliances when the time comes. Thank you!!
