waited 3 months for a simple basic fridge, no communication, no customer service, went in and got our money refunded. ordered one from Hamiltons and was promised delivery in less than 1 week. they didn't even apologize.

Willamette Valley Appliance has great customer service. I was having a leaking problem with my dishwasher here in Keizer and they came out the same day they were called and fixed it. I highly recommend them. Teresa
I’m about to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Two days ago I saw a dishwasher for $759 on their website. I called and talked to a sales associate that said he can see there are some in stock but will call me back the next morning to confirm and finish the purchase. So no phone call back and checked their website and the price got switched to $1,079. Pretty brave as I took screen shots. If I can I’ll post the pics.. NEVER DO BUSINESS with them!
We purchased kitchen appliances through them. They delivered the fridge damaged. We’ve been asking for a replacement for a year and a half and they still haven’t replaced it. Our builder even contacted them and they didn’t reply to our builder. So we paid full price for an extremely damaged fridge.
Aaron was available and extremely helpful during the saga of deciding what to do with my fridge. WVA went out of their way to get my fridge going again and helped me with deals for a replacement. Thanks!
Mark is amazing. He is prompt, willing to show and teach me, and works quickly and efficiently. He cleaned the floor under my refrigerator since all the dust had been watered down and then dried to the floor. He always goes the distance to make sure I am pleased and don’t have any questions or concerns. WVA is my go to and I am always pleased when Mark shows up! Great work!
Poor customer service, salesman would not return phone calls. Ordered a refrigerator took over 5 weeks before receiving, first was told refrigerator was in, even had a delivery time setup, then of course they were a no show. Salesman would not return phone calls finally 4 days later manger called said refrigerator was not in that it was on back order. Finally received 2 weeks later. Will not be going back again !
I recommend this company. The tech, Mark, explained clearly to me what was happening to my refrigerator and explained why he was doing what he was doing. He made several recommendations as to the preventative maintenance. I felt i received a holistic fix. I would call again if required in the future to repair another appliance, and I would ask for Mark.
